Electronic invoices: format has changed

The Federal Tax Service approved new electronic formats for the invoice and the document on the shipment of goods (works, services), which includes the invoice (UPD).

The order, which approved the new formats, comes into force on 02.02.2019. At the same time, a transitional period is provided (from 02/02/2019 to 12/31/2019), during which taxpayers are entitled to create electronic invoices and UPD using both the new format and the old one, approved by order of the Federal Tax Service dated 24.03.2016 No. MMV-7- 15/155 @.
